    • Completed a holistic audit of the existing AdWords programmatic and PPC campaigns and presented recommended optimizations for budgeting, creative and copy
    • Upon implementing my recommended changes from the audit, we saw their conversion rate from PPC Search double on average in the first quarter, with some ad units getting 5x the conversion rate compared to the previous year.
    • Worked with Silicon Labs team to define a system for evaluating programmatic vendors based on campaign performance. Using historical data, I created a table that automatically ranked vendors and assigned a numerical score based on the success of the campaign. This helped the Silicon Labs team properly evaluate and prioritize their media spend to focus on the vendors who exhibited the best ability to deliver new leads.
